Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or bank holidays. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Costs
- Free shipping on all orders over £30
- A flat shipping fee applies to orders under £30, calculated at checkout
Multiple Shipments As we source products from different suppliers, your order may arrive in separate packages and at different times. You will receive individual tracking numbers for each shipment.
Customs & Import Duties For international orders, customs fees, import duties, or taxes may apply depending on your country's regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our pricing.
Lost or Delayed Orders If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at vinterbox@vinterbox.uk and we will investigate with our supplier on your behalf.
